DASA 2018 – 2019 : Entrants for immigrants!! There are a huge demand and craze for engineering courses in our country, Indian children those who are settled in abroad along with foreigners also want to study in the leading engineering institutes of our country. The scheme was introduced by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) for DASA (Direct Admission NRIs and foreigners, NITs, IIITs, SPA (School of Planning and Architecture) and other Central Government Assistance courses in Engineering and Architecture courses.
DASA 2018 Notification Release
A total of 49 academic institutions are entrusted with Dasa 2018. These include 29 National Institute of Technology (NIT); IIT, Allahabad; Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing, Jabalpur Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Chennai: Schools of Planning and Architecture (Bhopal, Delhi, Vijayawada) and a few other Technical Institutes.
DASA Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have been born on or after 1st October 1993 may apply for admission to the 10 + 2 or equivalent course with 60% marks from the academic system recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. Intermediate Mathematics, Physics Subjects, and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology Subjects should be read.
Applicants from the final year students can apply for the academic year 2017-18. They are required to obtain specific qualifications as of September 15, 2018. Foreigners studying abroad, abroad; Indian students who have studied abroad for at least two years together have been in the last eight years.
DASA 2018 cutoff
Students must score in the subject. Now let’s check out the following Subjects: Mathematics Level 2, Physics, Chemistry. These scores should be sent directly to Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, College Board. Based on the sat subject test score, merit list is made and the seats are allocated. 5% seats are for them. Total 15% seats under SuperNumerary Quota will be replaced by Dasa 2018. This included 5 percent reservation for Indians working in Gulf countries (CIWG). Fees for these students are similar to Indian locals. Students in SAARC countries have a 50 percent discount on the tuition fees.

DASA Fees Details
Semester fee for CIWG Rs 62,500; The fee for students of Dasa NAN SARC countries is $ 4,000; Tuition fee for SAARC students is $ 2 thousand. All students will have to pay $ 300 for non-refundable registration fees. Last year 924, 29 NITs by Dasa-2012; BIITs, 3 SDAs (School of Planning and Architecture), and 10 other leading institutions, 2350 seats were available. 781 under CIWG category; Others got 1569 seats. Only 924 seats were replaced after the final reporting in colleges. Of this, CIBL entries were 369 and 555 under General Quota.
DASA 2018 Mode of Examination
DASA 2018 Admissions will be available on the basis of SAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test) test scores. Once if you have given SAT multiple time, then your best score will be communicated by institute board to use it for computing the total SAT score. - Here, you need to mention valid email id.
- An email (User Name) will be sent to your mail with a particular link to complete the address.
- You need to hit on a web link.
- Now enter applicant id.
- Provide Password.
- Now, Confirm Password.
- After filling the correct details in the registration form, the procedure is completed.
- Applicants are suggested to save the applicant id and password for future login purpose.
