CCMT 2018 Dates – CCMT Counselling, Seat Allotment, Eligibility

About CCMT 2018:

CCMT Means Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan. ( CCMT 2018 ) which is an online admission process which is organized by National Institute of Technology (NITs) Entrepreneurship / M.Tech / M.Arch / M.Plan/M.Design courses in 44 institutes which include 30 NIT, 5 IIIT. The National Institute of Technology (NITs), based on the Gate rank, issued the notification on the announcement of the Annual and Delhi Statement of Centralized Counseling for Entrepreneurship / M.Tech / M.Arch / M.Plan/M.Design course admissions which enroll in Master Degree Courses in other leading Technical Institutes of Central Government. Students who have passed the Gate in 2016/2017/2018 May attend the CCMT with the Gate score being valid for three years.

CCMT counseling process consists of following steps:

  • Online Registration
  • Choice Filling
  • Locking of Choices
  • Online Seat Allotment
  • Seat Acceptance fee deposit
  • Personal Reporting at a Reporting Center
  • Getting Admitted to ‘Allotted Institute’


Counseling process, qualifications, seat allocation and fees will be disclosed in the past. Counseling has been done in the past by NITs,  IIIT’s and other institutions of central government funding. Counseling dates in some academic institutions are on the same day, students are being individually appearing at each institution, and students have to travel a long distance. From 2012, the government has been instrumental in the central counseling system. Thus, the favorite institution with a one-on-one application has been available to the desired course.


CCMT Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a valid Gate score of 2016/2017/2018 students who wish to join the M.Tech / M.Arch / M.Plan. M.Design courses. General, OBC candidates from the recognized academic institution with 6.5 GPA or 60% marks; Graduation with SC / ST, disabled 6.0 GPA or 55% marks. Require special qualifications to join several programs in some companies. The final year students who can complete the exams by July 15, 2018, can also apply. It is mandatory to qualify for the above mentioned qualifications before September 15, 2018.

The online registration process will begin on April 08 at Online Registration Ccnt 2018. Qualified students should first pay the registration fees through ACBI (NetBanking / Debit / Credit Cards / E-Challan). Courses should be made through the CCMT website. The registration process and Counseling Process is available at helpline centers.

You have to register. Registration fee for SC / ST / PWD candidates is Rs 1,700.

The final forms are should be received by the midnight of May 14. Once locked, you can not unlock. If not locked by May 14, the last saved chassis will be locked automatically. The latest details of seat allocation are placed on the CCMT website. Students who have taken the seat should report within the reporting center and help centers within a specified period. Otherwise, the seat will be canceled. They do not take into consideration the next steps. But can also attend the National Spot Round. Gate scorecards and other certificates should be shown as part of the certification verification.



CCMT Counselling 2018 – CCMT Spot Round Vacant Seats

Registration, Reporting Documents, Fee Receipt, Provisional Seat Allotment Letter. Prior to going to the reporting center, the seat receipt fee will be Rs 20,000.

For reporting to the Willings to Change, you need to select one of the floating, siding, freeze options. Floating options. If the next step is going to change to the ‘higher priority’ in the next stage counseling.

The siding option allows switching to another course in the company that has been admitted. Freezes should be selected if there is no change.

In the next stages through floating and siding, seat holders must leave the previous seat. Participation in the 2 to 3 stages is a part of the Willingness to Change.

If you do not like the seat, you can get the same reporting center and cancel the seat. Seated candidates will be required to pay a seat of Rs 10,000 (seat confirmation fees) according to the prescribed schedule.
