“Tell me about yourself.”

over 90% Interviewer’s ask this question. Even though it’s such a common interview question, it’s strange that many candidates don’t spend the time to prepare for exactly how to answer it and often stutter, stumble and freeze in the moment and articulate just a couple of irrelevant points.

So read on to know our TIPS on how to come prepared for this open-ended classic!

The best to approach this question is – “your own 30 sec commercial” or can prepare and practice separate answers for different individuals you might interview with.

If you are a Entry -Level Candidate, your answer to Tell me about yourself should start in the following way:

  3. Tell about your Education in short starting with your highest Qualification
  4. Tell about Present Working Company and Role in the Company
  5. Activities and Achievements.
